Yummy Cookies

Ideal for a party or your Christmas reunion, With oats, coconut, corn flakes and pecans.

Cream:

1 cup butter

1 cup oil

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vainilla

All this cream together in the mixer.

1 cup coconut

1 cup crushed corn flakes

1 cup oatmeal

3 1/2 flour

1/2 cup of pecans

1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

Preparation:

Mix all together and add the mix that you just cream on the mixer, make cookies by hand.

Bake at 325^oF for 12 to 15 minutes. Let them cool and store in a closed container.
